New Mesa Beam Tops and End Cap Offer Complete System
Fypon is adding new Mesa beam tops and a beam end cap to its extensive product offering. The new Mesa beam tops, available for use with the 6” x 8” and 8” x 10” Mesa style woodgrain beams, create a more realistic wood beam look, especially when creating truss systems in a home or commercial building. New for all Fypon beam styles are end caps, which can be cut to fit any size beam, 4” x 6”, 6” x 8” and 8” x 10” and the Mesa 10” x 15” beam.
Fypon’s woodgrain beams are the perfect fit for homes that want to create a rustic style feeling, plus they can be stained or painted to match any decor. These realistic woodgrain beams are made of Fypon’s polyurethane, making them lightweight and easy to install – no matter how tall a ceiling may be. The beams do not require additional structural support, and the top and end cap make it even easier to create a truss system. The new end cap can be used to create a rustic mantel made from any one of the four woodgrain beam styles: Mesa, Hand Hewn, Rough Sawn and Tahoe.
The polyurethane beams are moisture and insect resistant making them a great option for an outdoor structure. With less labor required, builders and contractors can save $16 or more per foot using Fypon’s beams verses real wood. Other accessories can be added to Fypon’s beams including beam straps and beam plates, available in smooth and hammered textures with nuts and bolts molded to the straps. If your taste leans towards our most popular beam style, Mesa, create the perfect truss system, using the new end cap and Mesa beam tops then add smooth or hammered beam plates.
